He Said She Said – Save

“If all I wanted was to be saved, I would have gone to the Church, don’t you think?”

Unfair Muse

You are killing my creativity.
I cannot work with what you are giving me.
What do you expect me to do with happiness?
Unfamiliar medium, unfamiliar colors.
Moreover, you are letting me run free.
I cannot work with what you are giving me.
You are killing my creativity.

Necessary Untruths

If I take your truths away, what will you tie your life to?
When you are torn down again, what will remake you?
How will you live outside the tomb of your lies?
What will you tell me, when you can finally hold my eyes?

He Said She Said – Security

Is this the part where I am supposed to beg for your benevolent gift of “security?”

Do You Know Who You Are?

Subtle clues to understanding who you really are:

  • Take a look at your bookshelf. What you read tells you volumes about the person that you are. Empty bookshelf? That says something too, don’t you think?
  • Take a look at your friends. Who are they? That’s who you are too. No friends? That says something too, don’t you think?
  • Imagine your house is on fire. Your loved ones are not inside, they are all safe. What is the first material possession that you will run towards to rescue from the flames? Nothing that is important enough that fire can burn? You are awesome! Tell me who you are.
